F.A.Q.
Our Residential cleaning rate is $40 per hour. Extra jobs (oven cleaning, etc.) will incur an additional charge which will vary depending on the job. See our Prices List for details.
Office & Commercial cleaning varies with each business and is discussed upon visiting the site.
End of Lease and After Builders cleaning starts at $450 and will vary depending on the size and condition of the property.

Quotes for Residential cleans are based on the hours needed for the clean.
Quotes for Office & Commercial cleans are based on the individual requirements of the business. We’ll visit and inspect the site then offer a range of cleaning options catered to your needs.
For End of Lease or After Builders cleans, a quote is given based on the size and condition of the property.
For residential cleaning we’ll visit the property to provide a free quote. At that time we can discuss preferred dates and times for the cleaning service and book you in.
For End of Lease cleans or After Builders cleans, we’ll visit the property, provide a quote and book in a date for the service.
No, our cleaners will bring all equipment and supplies needed for the clean.
Payment can be made via electronic Invoicing (all major credit cards, PayPal, etc.)
No. If you’re unable to be home during the clean you can organise entry to the property via a method you’re happy with and the property will be locked and secured after the clean is finished.
Yes. Our cleaners are carefully vetted and police checked.
Yes. Our cleaners are all covered by Public Liability insurance.
No. There are no contracts required for our Residential, End of Lease or After Builders cleaning. Contracts for Office and Commercial cleaning can be discussed and negotiated as required.
If you’re unhappy with part of the cleaning service, please let us know and we’ll happily rectify the problem as soon as possible.
For recurring Residential cleaning, we’ll do our best to book your service for the day/time you prefer but there may be variances depending on availability.
For End of Lease or After Builders cleaning, we prefer a week’s notice but will do our best to meet your needs if a clean is required with less than a couple of days notice.
No. Once you’re booked in for a recurring clean, you can relax without having to worry about constantly rebooking.
