Surfaces Doors, skirting boards and hand-rails thoroughly cleaned, mirrors polished
Walls/Fixtures Builders dust removed, marks spot cleaned, tiled surfaces wiped clean, removal of plaster and paint from light switches/power sockets, bright work (chrome/brass, etc.) polished
Windows Windows interior and exterior cleaned, window sills and frames cleaned, tracts cleaned
Floors Mop and dry of hard floors, carpets vacuumed
Cabinetry Vacuumed, cleaned and wiped.

- Remove all debris, packaging etc. from the bath rooms.
- Removal of any paint, filler, silicon, grout etc. from all surfaces
- Clean all bath tubs/wash basins
- Clean all shower areas
- Clean and disinfect toilets and basins
- Clean all vanity tops where basins have been installed.
- Clean Inside cupboards and vanity units
- Clean the interior of all windows, frames, tracts and sills
- Clean marks from walls, light switches and power points
- Clean fixtures and polish all bright work (brass/chrome, etc.)
- Clean and polish mirrors, ensuring no finger marks are visible.
- Vacuum and clear debris from the bathroom floor.
- Mop and dry the bathroom floors.
KITCHEN/LIVING/DINING
- Remove all debris and packaging from the area
- Protective covers removed from all individual kitchen units
- Remove any paint, filler, silicon, grout etc. from all surfaces
- Clean all passage and entry doors, both sides
- Clean all light fixtures.
- Clean marks from walls/skirting, light switches, power points, vents and smoke alarms
- Clean all cabinetry inside and out including the top surface
- Clean the exterior and interior of all kitchen appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop)
- Clean all Stone work tops including glass splash back areas.
- Clean fixtures and polish all bright work (brass/chrome, etc.)
